This month marks twenty years since the first piece of land was purchased for JJ. The Lord was preparing the way even before then—planting a vision, forming friendships, and inspiring the opening of a small nursery school to serve the local community on what is now JJ land.

Many lives and families have already been transformed, former beneficiaries are now employed and supporting their wider family, and at least two have even built a house for their mother!

Meet Our OG: Olivia

She studied Tourism and Hospitality Management at JJ Excel College.

Today, Olivia is working as a Tour Guide in Semuliki National Park. She’s helping her family pay school fees for her siblings, and this August intake she’s going back for her Diploma!

We continue to witness God’s purposes unfolding, working through many people along the way, and shaping each of us in the process. We are deeply grateful for every prayer, gift, connection, word of encouragement, suggestion, and volunteer hour that has contributed to JJ’s vision and mission.
